The Dirt Guys was founded in 2014 in Kern County.  Karl Schwartz is a Registered Civil Engineer in California with over 10 years experience in soil evaluations.  Karl holds a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.  Karl became licensed to practice Civil Engineering in California in 2011.  The Dirt Guys seeks to facilitate the septic system permitting process in Kern County with detailed yet simple feasibility studies and site plans, prompt and flexible customer service, and a scientific approach to soil/water behavior assessment, data collection, analyses, and system design.
